Hwb
This is the Welsh Government’s learning platform that is being rolled out in all schools in Wales. Pupils are able to store documents, pictures and videos in a safe and secure environment.
The pupils have their own personal username and password.
Hwb includes programmes such as Encyclopaedia Britannica, which can be used for research, Just2Easy, which has a range of typing, drawing and coding programmes and Office 365. These features can be accessed using your child’s Hwb log in details via https://hwb.wales.gov.uk and clicking the links on the right hand side of the page.
The children will learn to use all these different features of Hwb and Office 365 and in doing so will develop numerous skills in lots of areas.
